Bonsoir Earth.org! Week-end finally after a long week… Time for searching ambassadors in Munich and Hamburg. We work in the same line with the sales team, so that we’ll soon have nicely filled with content and sponsors in pages for Germany!

My heart is bleeding…
…when I tell you that we stop working with a friend and old team member Steve. Valentin and Alfreda will be the ones taking over the tasks from Steve (community and Ambassador product development). This assures that product development is fast and in the hands of a very small team.
There is still a very good relation – and I am sure this will be for the future. Thanks Steve.

Mathias
Thanks Steve for all your work up to now!!!! You are one of the first who joined us and supported us nearly from the beginning on

Hello EDO, it’s a real winter evening here in Paris. Cold, windy and rainy… I don’t see anything else to do than drink a tea and catch up with HR stuff

HR news
Everything changes, also our sustainable project Earth.org. Here the latest updates from HR:
- We have an on hold status with Justin, Cristiano is now coordinating his work with Mathias.
- Ute’s position will be handled by Imogen. Imogen will increase her time involvement. For all questions of quality insurance on our page Imogen is the person to speak to, e.g. also the question how Radika posts her top 10 recommendations in Hong Kong. Imogens background is professional travel guide writing.
- Cat has personal reasons for reducing her PR volunteer work, she will continue to be our [en] copywriter. A couple of PR volunteer interviews are set up this week.
- Matthew’s work in Ryan’s team is taken over by Ed and Dan. A couple of team members will now join a new sales group – and you will see soon results.
- Hans will work more till the 9th of December and finish all basic JS work on the site. Afterwards he will step down on own wish and his tasks will be taken over by the core team.
- Rafael will increase his work by 1 day/week and work with Rob here – and help with identifying potential sponsors for Write and Plant. We feel that further increasing the team size will not necessarily help Earth.org (unless PR volunteers or Ambassadors or sales). Have a great day with EDO!

Do you have a http://www.earth.org tee shirt or hoodie for sale? How about a licenses to market them? With the downloadable patterns, they could probably be in the hands of purchasers by the end of the month. We should send one to each “Ambassador” with their first check. Maybe really dedicated ambassadors would be willing to buy lots of them from us.
We’re casual, but we could display some ORGanizational identity as our ambassador go about promoting us.
I take it that I am not being considered for the development or sales job.
